A Fort Riley man was arrested after turning himself into police on Monday on domestic battery charges.
25-year-old Noah Parmigiani was arrested just after 9:45 am on probable cause charges of aggravated domestic battery by choking a family member or significant other in a rude manner, one count of knowingly cause great bodily harm by harm or disfigurement and one count of criminal deprivation of property.
Parmigiani was arrested at the Riley County Jail and booked before later being released on a bond of $50,000. He is the second Fort Riley soldier in the last week to be arrest for domestic battery.
Due to the nature of the crime, no further information is being released.
