Geary county Sheriff’s department responded to an injury accident on Wednesday July 28th.
Deputies were dispatched to Interstate 70 milemarker 310 westbound for an injury accident. Roger Ambrosier was driving his 2013 Toyota Avalon when he fell asleep and drove into the median causing damage to the rear of the vehicle. One juvenile passenger was transported to the hospital with a minor injury to their lower back.
