The two shared some barbecue, and Joe honored the country legend with an acoustic performance of Randy’s song “Promises.”
Joe and Randy sang a duet of “Tonight I’m Playin’ Possum” in tribute to the late George Jones on Randy’s 2013 album, Influence Vol. 1: The Man I Am. Randy hasn’t made many public appearances since suffering a stroke and undergoing heart surgery last year.
