Geary County Courthouse, Junction City
A Junction City doctor was bound over as charged Wednesday at a preliminary hearing for aggravated sexual battery. Allan Holiday was taken into custody last July after a report of an alleged aggravated sexual battery of a 16-year-old juvenile. Junction City Police at the time indicated Holiday was arrested following an investigation of an incident reportedly occurring at a residence in Junction City.
Holiday’s arraignment has been set for January 22nd.
Holiday has served as an orthopedic surgeion at Geary Community Hospital.
