Junction City residents are asked to conserve water Thursday.
In an email notice from City Manager Allen Dinkel, water customers in Junction City, Grandview Plaza and Geary Rural Water District #1 were being asked to conserve water immediately, due to electric problems at the city’s water plant. No timetable has been announced for when repairs could be made.
Dinkel says updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
