A 14-year-old boy was arrested Monday evening following a disturbance in the 2400 block of Buttonwood Drive.
The Riley County Police Department says the boy has been charged with two counts of aggravated battery, including one count against a law enforcement officer, and felony criminal destruction of property. Victims included the 42-year-old male officer and a second unnamed 39-year-old male.
The minor remained confined Tuesday at a juvenile detention facility.
