A Kansas Department of Corrections Inmate serving time on a Pottawatomie County aggravated indecent liberties conviction has been discharged. Zachary Manor, 32, was released from the KDOC last Friday.
Manor was sentenced in Pottawatomie County in early 2010 for an aggravated indecent liberties case occurring Christma Day 2008. He had been at the El Dorado KDOC facility since March of this year.
