Atlantic RecordsKelsea Ballerini has often talked about how much she loves Kelly Clarkson, and next year, she’ll get the chance to open for her idol on Kelly’s Meaning of Life Tour.

“I saw Kelly Clarkson on her Behind These Hazel Eyes tour when I was 13,” Kelsea tweeted, “and it solidified my dream of being an artist. Now this. Feeling so beyond lucky to warm the stage up for my favorite artist next year.”

The Voice winner Brynn Cartelli will also join Kelly and Kelsea on the trek.

Kelsea’s first date with Kelly will be January 24 in Oakland, California. In the meantime, the “I Hate Love Songs” hitmaker continues on Keith Urban’s Graffiti U Tour through November.
