Figueroa-Franquiz was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Figueroa-Franquiz was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Officers listed Susan B Anthony school as the victim when it was reported three known juvenile suspects damaged the lawn of the school with a vehicle.
