A Manhattan man was arrested early Sunday after police investigated an altercation in Aggieville.

Officers filed a report just after 2 a.m. July 26 in the 1100 block of Moro Street for battery, disorderly conduct and two counts of battery of a law enforcement officer.

A 34-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were listed as victims.

Austin Dean Carter, 29, of Manhattan, was later arrested on the listed charges.

Carter was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
