A 23-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Monday on allegations of aggravated child endangerment, domestic battery and battery.
Police identified Tylor Blake Blevins as the suspect. He was arrested just after 2 p.m. on allegations of aggravated child endangerment, domestic battery and battery.
The RCPD listed a 23-year-old woman and a 7-month-old girl as victims.
Blevins was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
