A Manhattan man was recently arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for rape. Marcus Martin, 37, was brought in to the Riley County Police Station at Manhattan’s 3000 block of Kimball Avenue on December 7th at approximately 8:10 PM. Martin was issued a $70,000.00 bond causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
