An 18-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Monday night on allegations of assault of a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer and battery.
Riley County Police said officers filed a report at about 9:46 p.m. in Manhattan. A 46-year-old woman, a 24-year-old man, an 18-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy were listed as victims. Police said the suspect was known to two of the victims.
Daniel Mendonca De Araujo was arrested at about 9:50 p.m. on allegations of assault of a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer and battery.
De Araujo was issued a $5,000 bond and was no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
