A 21-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday on rape and aggravated sexual battery allegations stemming from a case originally filed in June 2025.

Savalas Terell Tolliver Jr. was arrested at about 12:22 p.m. in the 400 block of Leavenworth Street on a Riley County District Court warrant.

Tolliver was arrested on two counts of rape, including one alleging sexual intercourse with a victim incapable of consent due to mental deficiency or the effects of alcohol, narcotics, drugs or other substances, and another alleging sexual intercourse without consent and the use of force. He also faces one count of aggravated sexual battery.

Tolliver was also arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear stemming from original charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of probation.

Tolliver was issued a total bond of $100,500 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
