Sales tax numbers for the City of Manhattan rebounded for November after a disappointing showing in October.
Manhattan took in $1,064,371 this month according to report from State Treasurer Ron Estes, compared to $955,911 in November 2014.
This puts the Little Apple $118,384 ahead of expectations for sales tax receipts for the month.
Retail trade accounted for $537,019 while accommodation and food services brought in $130,208. Arts, entertainment and recreation revenue was also a big contributor with $122,510.
