
A Manhattan woman was arrested Thursday after a road worker was reportedly struck by a vehicle near Tuttle Creek Boulevard and North Seth Child Road.
According to the Riley County Police Department, Lacey Nicole Stevens, 42, was arrested around 11:40 a.m. in the 4300 block of North Seth Child Road on suspicion of aggravated battery and failure to stop at an accident.
Police said a 56-year-old man was listed as the victim.
Stevens was booked into the Riley County Jail on a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined.
