A Manhattan man suffered serious injuries Sunday afternoon following a crash involving a motorcycle and SUV, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers responded at approximately 12:26 p.m. May 17th, 2026, to the 400 block of Zeandale Road for a reported injury accident. Upon arrival, officers determined that a 2022 Toyota Venza driven by Susan Adamchak, 72, of Manhattan, had collided with a 2019 Yamaha Bolt motorcycle ridden by Thaddues Thore, 21, of Manhattan.
Thore was transported to Via Christi Hospital for treatment of a serious leg injury.
