Two Ogden residents were taken to the hospital following a one vehicle accident in Saline county Tuesday. Irene Booth, 51, of Ogden was driving a 2015 Mazda passenger car westbound on I-70, two miles east of the Ohio exit at mile marker 255.5, when she swerved to miss a deer, overcorrected, and entered into the north ditch, striking a fence and a tree.
Booth and a passenger,  Angel Booth, 9,  also of of Ogden, were taken to the Salina Regional Health Center. The accident was reported at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday. Both had safety restraints on.
