Dr. Mark Duff of Pediatric Associates in Manhattan spoke to KMAN Thursday about tips for helping kids who are experiencing anxiety due to the COVID-19 Outbreak.
He says there are different things you can try based on the child’s age.

One other tactic he suggests is creating and sticking to a daily schedule.

According to Duff, anxiety in children can show up in different ways, such as hyperactivity, ADHD or changes in appetite.
