On Thursday at approximately 9:30 AM police arrested Tashaun Foster, 21, of Ogden while in the 200 block of 12th Street in Ogden. Foster was arrested on the offenses of violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act and perjury and given a bond of $5,000. These offenses were listed on a warrant for arrest which originated in Riley County. At the time of this report Foster was confined at the Riley County Jail.
Stephanie Bryan, 23, of Salina was arrested while in Salina on the offense of probation violation which was listed on a warrant from Riley County. This warrant has a bond of $7,500 and was for an original offense of making false information. At the time of this report bond had been posted. She was arrested on Wednesday at approximately 6:40 PM.
RCPD arrested Timeka Moore, 37, of Manhattan while at the Riley County Police Department for uniform criminal extradition requested by Clark County, Nevada. This warrant was served on Thursday at approximately 3:10 PM and had “no bond” attached to it. At the time of this report Moore was confined at the Riley County Jail.
Police arrested Daniel Smith, 38, of Manhattan while at the Riley County Police Department on Thursday at approximately 3:35 PM. Smith was arrested on the offenses of theft, failure to remain at the scene of a property damage accident, duty of a driver to report, and aggravated battery. These offenses were listed on a warrant which originated in Morris County, Kansas and had a total bond of $35,000. Smith was confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
John Riech-Wille, 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of S. Manhattan Ave. on Thursday at approximately 9:25 PM. Riech-Wille was arrested on the offense of aggravated burglary after officers found that he had unlawfully entered a residence at 515 S. Manhattan Ave. which had become occupied by the resident, Danielle Lafountain Zsuzsics, 29, of Manhattan. Riech-Wille was given a bond of $7,000 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail.
