Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a theft report on Friday afternoon in the 200 block of Eighth St. in Ogden. Officers listed Wade Harper, 31, of Ogden, as a victim when a suspect known to him took 8 pairs of Air Jordan shoes, a men’s watch, and a subwoofer from his residence. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $1380.00.

Officers filed a report for aggravated assault on early Saturday morning in the 800 block of Yuma St. Officers listed Abdoulaye Toure, 27, Edgar Urista Medina, 27, and Lamichael Fewell, 25, all of Manhattan, as victims when Abdoulaye was followed home by two unknown suspects who then brandished a gun at the three victims in the street. The suspects were upset because Abdoulaye intervened as the suspects were harassing a female. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property on early Saturday morning in the 4900 block of Ladera Ct. Officers listed Randall Miller, 52, of Manhattan, and Wieters & Estes Construction as victims when an unknown suspect(s) pried open a trailer and took the tools that were inside. Another trailer also sustained damage, but the unknown subject(s) were unable to gain entry into the second trailer. The total loss associated with this case is estimated to be approximately $1,310.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.

Officers filed an aggravated battery and battery report early Saturday evening in the 100 block of E. Poyntz Ave. Officers arrested Odessa Larry, 37, of Manhattan, for aggravated battery after responding to a call where a 17 year old female had been struck by a vehicle before the vehicle left the scene. Larry was transported to Pottawatomie County Jail, where she is currently confined on no bond.

Officers filed a report for theft Sunday night in the 100 block of E. Bluemont Ave. Officers listed Walmart as the victim when when four suspects took 2 Sharp HDTV’s without paying for them. The total loss associated with this crime is approximately $755.00. Currently, the suspect is unknown and police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.

Quinn Triplett, 33, of Enterprise, was arrested at the Riley County Police Department on Sunday night on a Riley County District Court warrant for Failure to Appear and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for Failure to Appear. Triplett’s bond was set at $5,000.00 for the District Court warrant and no bond was set for the Municipal Court warrant, causing him to be confined at the time of this report.
