A 32-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday night on allegations of assault and criminal damage to property.
Jacob Bernard Underwood was arrested at about 10:39 p.m. in Manhattan. The arrest stems from a report filed earlier Wednesday involving allegations of assault and criminal damage to property.
Riley County Police listed a 34-year-old woman known to Underwood as the victim.
Underwood was issued a $10,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
