Austin Rowzer, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on January 3, 2019, at approximately 2:45 PM. Rowzer was arrested on offenses of distribute opiate, opium, narcotic, use communication facility (x4) and distribute depressant. Rowzer was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, theft and criminal threat in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on January 3, 2019, at approximately 11:35 AM. Officers listed Telfer Halsey, 57, of Junction City and JC Penney as the victims when it was reported a known female suspect took miscellaneous items from the retailer. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000.00.
