ABC/Image Group LATim McGraw’s been kicking off 2019 with a little R-and-R on his private island in the Bahamas.

The country superstar started his vacation by sharing a video of the getaway he built with Faith Hill, set to “Cool Change” by Little River Band. Tim and Faith’s Atlantic retreat was previously featured in a 2017 spread in Architectural Digest.

As his vacation continued, the singer, actor and fitness buff steadily shared his ocean adventures, which included diving and catching a 15-pound hogfish with his daughter Maggie.

Along the way, the avid reader also enjoyed a couple of good books, recommending the best-seller There There by Tommy Orange and Tell Them of Battles, Kings & Elephants by Mathias Enard.

Tim’s also thinking about the year to come, vowing to “translate all into my music and my show!!!” and adding “I want you all to feel the love and energy!!!” as he shared a photo of himself looking out over the ocean in his wetsuit.

Tim’s current hit, “Neon Church,” is in country’s top twenty.  A full album is expected sometime this year.
