MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 600 block of S. 4th St. in Manhattan on January 7, 2021, at approximately 9:51 a.m. Officers listed a 69-year-old male as the victim when it was reported cut off a trailer lock and stole a Doolittle cargo trailer. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,515.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery, battery, kidnapping, and intimidation of a victim in Manhattan on January 7, 2021, at approximately 4:40 p.m. Officers listed a 41-year-old female and a 39-year-old male as the victims when it was reported a 39-year-old male suspect injured and kidnapped the female and a 41-year-old female injured the male.
