Officers filed a report for attempted theft in the 300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd on February 20, 2019, at approximately 3:15 PM. Officers listed Best Buy of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown female suspect took an iPhone XS 64 GB phone. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $824.00. Jazrick Black, 34 of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 20, 2019, at approximately 2:45 PM. Black was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Black was issued no bond, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Timothy Lansaw, 26 of Manhattan was arrested in the 300 block of S 3rd St in Manhattan on February 20, 2019, at approximately 4:15 PM. Lansaw was arrested for the offenses of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia; and driving under the influence of drug or combination of drugs. Lansaw was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Lansaw was still confined at the time of this report.
