Officers listed Ulta Beauty and Kendall Dollevoet, 24, of Ogden as the victims when it was reported two unknown suspects took merchandise from the business. Michael Nash, 40, of Topeka was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 6, 2019, at approximately 2:00 PM. Nash was arrested on the offense of violate offender registration. Nash was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Nash was still not confined at the time of this report.
Julie Turner, 36, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 6, 2019, at approximately 11:00 AM. Turner was arrested on three offenses of violate offender registration. Turner was issued a total bond of $7,500.00. Turner was still confined at the time of this report.
