Kendall Brokenberry, 27, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 7, 2019, at approximately 4:35 PM. Brokenberry was arrested on a Riley County District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear. Brokenberry was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Brokenberry was still confined at the time of this report.
Anthony Moss, 51, of Manhattan was arrested in the 400 block of S Manhattan Ave in Manhattan on February 7, 2019, at approximately 3:40 PM. Moss was arrested on the offenses of giving a worthless check, theft by deception, mistreatment of dependent adult, two counts of forgery, two counts of making false information and a Riley County District Court Warrant for four counts of giving a worthless check. Moss was issued a total bond of $24,000.00. Moss was still confined at the time of this report.
