Officers filed a report for theft in the 2200 block of College Ave. in Manhattan on March 15, 2021, at approximately 8:10 a.m. Officers listed a 25-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole his gray and black Giant 3 Road bicycle. Officers filed a report for criminal use of a financial card in the 3200 block of Canterbury St. in Manhattan on March 15, 2021, at approximately 12:32 p.m. Officers listed a 20-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 19-year-old male suspect used a debit card to withdraw money without authorization. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.
