MANHATTAN, KAN. – 

Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on April 17, 2021, at approximately 9:55 a.m. Officers listed a 29-year-old female as the victim and a 62-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of this crime, no further information will be released.

Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery in the 3100 block of Heritage Ct. in Manhattan on April 17, 2021, at approximately 4:26 p.m. Officers listed a 22-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect inside a parked vehicle grabbed the victim’s wallet out of his jacket, then drove off dragging the victim a short distance. Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Rd. in Manhattan on April 17, 2021, at approximately 10:13 p.m. Officers listed a 20-year-old female and a 20-year-old male as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect broke into a residence and a shed and damaged a door frame, a door and a wall.
