Officers filed a report for burglary in the 4000 block of Spook Rock Way in Manhattan on July 13, 2020, at approximately 3:12 PM. Officers listed a 28-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and took miscellaneous cards.
