Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 2500 block of Casement Rd in Manhattan on July 23, 2020, at approximately 6:28 PM. Officers listed a 19-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown male suspect pointed a handgun at him after an argument. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
