Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of College and Claflin in Manhattan on August 28, 2019, at approximately 2:50 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2001 black Honda Motorcycle driven by Cameron Butler, 21, of Manhattan had crashed. Butler was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries. Butler was issued a citation for driving without a license and no proof of insurance.
