MANHATTAN, KAN. –

Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 600 block of Delaware Ave in Manhattan on July 31, 2020, at approximately 9:43 AM. Officers listed BS & WC DBA Safe Storage as the victim when it was reported a 41-year-old female suspect damaged a door and took a lock. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 2500 block of Brookville Cir in Manhattan on July 31, 2020, at approximately 1:09 PM. Officers listed a 44-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a window on his vehicle. Officers listed a 55-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 50-year-old male suspect damaged his 2002 Honda Accord. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00.

Officers filed a report for escape from custody in the 1000 block of S Seth Child Rd in Manhattan on July 31, 2020, at approximately 8:10 PM. Officers filed a report for theft in the area of Messenger Rd in Manhattan on August 1, 2020, at approximately 2:22 PM. Officers listed a 73-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his 2008 cargo trailer. Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, and aggravated domestic assault in Manhattan on August 2, 2020, at approximately 6:12 PM. Officers listed a 22-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 31-year-old male entered his home, damaged windows and threatened him. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $325.00. On August 2, 2020, at approximately 7:27 PM, Brandon Turner, 31, of Manhattan was arrested in connection on the charges of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, and aggravated domestic assault. Turner was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
