Officers filed a report for fraud in the 2000 block of Himes Rd. in Manhattan on September 23, 2020, at approximately 11:20 a.m. Officers listed a 58-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect used her information to obtain a loan. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $9,800.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for fraud in the 1000 block of Humboldt St. in Manhattan on September 23, 2020, at approximately 12:40 p.m. Officers listed a 48-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took money and did not provide the item paid for. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,750.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
