Scott Alexander, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while near the intersection of N 9th St. and Leavenworth in Manhattan on September 25, 2018, at approximately 6:00 PM. Alexander was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Alexander was issued a total bond of $8,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Blackaby was arrested on offenses of DUI and driving while suspended. Blackaby was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Blackaby was not confined at the time of this report.
