MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers responded to a report of an injury crash in the 1600 block of Kimball Ave in Manhattan on September 2, 2020, at approximately 9:18 am. When officers arrived on scene they found a 2003 Yamaha Motorcycle, driven by Colton Gardiner, 28 of Manhattan had crashed. Gardiner was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 2800 block of Claflin Rd in Manhattan on September 2, 2020, at approximately 6:14 pm. Officers listed a 30-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his MacBook Pro. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,200.00. Officers listed a 25-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took cash from her purse. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $742.00.
