The Riley County Police Department has released more information regarding the arrest of three men in the 200 block of North 11th Street in Manhattan Monday evening KMAN reported earlier Tuesday morning.
According to the morning RCPD activity report,  the Special Investigations Unit served a search warrant at that location prior to the arrests. As previously reported Melvin Toliver, 31, now identified a a Manhattan resident, was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for rape. Melvin’s bond was set at $100,000. Terriundis Toliver, 32, also of Manhattan, was arrested for criminal possession of a firearm by a felon,  marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $10,000. And Wayne Ingram, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested for possession of stolen property (firearm) with bond set at $3,000.
RCPD officials indicate the investigation is ongoing.
