The State Fire Marshall’s office has been called in to lead the investigation into a fire in St. George Township in Pottawatomie county early Tuesday morning. That’s according to the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s office, which adds part of Stewart Farm Road is limited to traffic due to the early morning blaze. One occupant is still unaccounted for.
Pottawatomie County Fire Supervisor Jared Barnes tells KMAN firefighters were called out around 345 am.
