Three people were arrested over the weekend following a fight at an Aggieville establishment.

The Riley County Police Department says officers were called out shortly before 12:30 a.m. Sunday to Tubby’s Sports Bar for reports of a fight in progress. When they arrived, officers witnessed 23-year-old Charles Ware, of Manhattan and 31-year-old Dennis Robinson, of St. Marys, engaged in a physical fight. Police say 22-year-old Anthony Kee, of Fort Riley also was involved.

Robinson reportedly did not comply with orders and attempted to punch one of the officers, according to a statement from RCPD Public Information Officer Aaron Wintermote. Ware left the scene and also did not comply. He was later arrested after returning to the scene.

The fight began after Robinson was escorted out of the bar, after having been cut off by staff and then making several aggressive attempts to re-enter the bar.

Robinson is facing charges of assault on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct and interference with a law enforcement officer. He’s jailed on a $3,000 bond. Kee and Ware were additionally charged with single counts of disorderly conduct. Ware also faces a charge of interference. Bond was set at $2,000 for Ware and $1,000 for Kee respectively.
