On the evening of August 8, 2016, the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office executed a
search warrant at 9380 Broderick Rd. in rural Wamego, Kansas.  The search
warrant was in regards to the investigation of methamphetamine and other
illegal drugs believed to be in the home.  As a result of this search
warrant an unspecified quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana was
seized, as well as drug paraphernalia,and cash.  The residents of the home,
Tyson L. Johnson, 39, Kiel Prue, 33 and Tracy Edison 48 were arrested for
Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Edison
was also charged with Possession of Marijuana.  All three were booked into
the Pottawatomie County Jail and had bond set at $5000. Johnson and Edison
have since posted bond and been released.
