Travis Altenhofen announced he will be resigning from his position as Chairman of the Pottawatomie County Commission and representative of district three during a meeting this morning.
Altenhofen will be taking the position of Chief Financial Officer at Manko Window Systems in Manhattan.
He will continue to serve on the county commission until January 10th, 2020.
Altenhofen was elected to the commission in 2016.
