Two people were arrested Wednesday in separate counties on Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear.
McKinley Hopkins, 34, of Topeka, was arrested at about 5:13 p.m. in Shawnee County. The warrant stems from an original charge of burglary. Hopkins was issued a $30,000 bond and was not confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
Justin Berger, 43, of Hudson, was arrested at about 1:45 p.m. in Barton County. His warrant stems from original charges of third-offense driving under the influence, driving while suspended and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
Berger was issued a $20,000 bond and was not confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
