A 49-year-old Council Grove man was arrested Sunday evening on allegations of stalking, intimidation of a witness or victim and harassment by telecommunications device.
Riley County Police said a 19-year-old man, who was known to the suspect, was listed as the victim.
Jeremy Matthew Farr was arrested at about 6:13 p.m. in Manhattan on allegations of harassment by telecommunications device, intimidation of a witness or victim and stalking.
Farr was issued a $6,000 bond and was no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
