
A jury found a Manhattan man guilty of aggravated battery on Saturday after deliberated the case till nearly 1:30 a.m.
Keonte Concepcion-Summers, 25, was in Riley County District Court Thursday and Friday for a trial resulting in his conviction of aggravated battery. He received not guilty verdicts for one count each of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.
The crime took place April 28, 2025 when Concepcion-Summers battered his girlfriend at the time, Alejandra Delacruz, who is now 26.
A sentencing date was not set yet at the time of printing.
