A 40-year-old Manhattan man was arrested early Saturday after police said he allegedly brandished a knife.
Raphael Rashaad Byrd was arrested just before 1 a.m. in the 500 block of Sunset Avenue on allegations of aggravated assault, battery of a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana, possession of a depressant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Riley County Police listed a 19-year-old man and a 24-year-old man as victims.
Byrd was issued a $15,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
