Two Pottawatomie county teenagers appeared in court earlier this week for their role in an armed robbery case. 18-year-old Alec Pierson waived his preliminary hearing and is set for arraignment next month. James Krauz, 19, was continued until October 25. The two were arrested in May after robbing the Red Raider Express on April 29 of this year.
In a separate case, 18-year-old Corian Joseph pleaded guilty to an amended charge of unlawful sexual relations from an August incident. He will be sentenced on October 20.
